About John Frazier

Florida Estate Planning Lawyer John R. Frazier

As an experienced Florida estate planning lawyer based in Largo, Florida with in-depth knowledge of asset protection and Elder Law, as well as over 3,500 clients helped obtain Medicaid coverage for assisted living and nursing home care I understand that you have worked hard to build your assets and you may want to use legal strategies that could help you preserve your money and assets for yourself and your heirs. I may be able to preserve your assets and maximize tax savings for you or maybe even help you qualify for benefits through Medicaid planning or veterans benefits.

If you own a business or are planning to own a business I have experience in the practice of business law that may protect you in multiple ways. Also I want you to know that you will have my cell phone number so you can call me directly after office hours since being in touch with you can be very important.

I am committed to helping you find every legal means to reach your goals by evaluating your legal problems and then designing the best customized strategy possible that is likely to achieve those goals and give you some peace of mind.

As a Florida estate planning lawyer I have a strong commitment to lifelong education so I can provide you with in-depth knowledge; I also hold other advanced degrees in addition to my law degree. Since we are a small firm, my staff and I can be responsive to your needs, keep our fees in a cost-effective range, as well as take a personal interest in you and your family.

My main professional interest as a Florida estate planning lawyer centers on the needs of seniors and their families, which motivated me to write the book, Protecting Your Family’s Assets In Florida – How to Legally Use Medicaid to Pay for Nursing Home and Assisted Living Care.

If you would like to download my book you can download it now on our Free Resources page.  Also find other eBooks for free as well on that page.

After having served 3,500 plus clients with Medicaid planning, I have filled this book with useful information in plain language and practical case studies that give you examples of how Medicaid planning could work for you and your family.

I understand the fear and sometimes the panic of facing costs that can be well over $70,000 per year when faced with assisted living or nursing home care that can wipe out a lifetime of work in short order unless legal methods are found through Medicaid and/or veterans benefits. Consulting a Florida estate planning lawyer can be a solution to the problem.

Are you concerned about the fees in hiring a lawyer? Read about my sliding scale fees that are the clearest, fairest you will likely find.

I believe it is critical to hire an attorney whose practice is primarily in estate planning, wills and trusts, Medicaid planning, asset protection, tax issues and Florida probate, rather than one who provides these services as a supplement to their other major practice areas. As a Florida estate planning lawyer, I may be able to help you avoid many potential problems, some of which may arise after you have spent large sums of money on assisted living or nursing home care, or when a person has already passed away and therefore difficult or impossible to change. Consulting with a Florida estate planning lawyer early on is a good form of prevention and often saves you money in the long run.

If you will bear with me a bit more, I will close this page by offering you a free telephone consultation with me either in person or by telephone which is not something all Florida estate planning lawyers do.
