Florida Veteran’s Benefits Services
Florida veteran’s benefits are designed to help the special men and women who put their lives on the line for our country. I recommend you watch the video below and read on below the video when the video is finished.
The most important benefit I regularly encounter is a benefit called Aid And Attendance available through the VA for the veteran or a widow/widower of a veteran. Aid And Attendance is a non-service connected special monthly pension which is particularly beneficial for qualifying residents of Assisted Living Facilities.
Military service is an honorable deed that one nobly carries out for our country; however, if you are called to war, it is not uncommon to be injured or have a pre-existing injury aggravated during combat.
If this happened to you (or even one of your loved ones), you may be able to qualify for veteran’s benefits to help compensate for the years that you have had to live with the pain and suffering of your injury or disability. Even if you have already applied for and were denied compensation or pension, we may still be able to help you get the financial assistance that you need.
Do you need legal help to receive Florida veteran’s benefits?
As an experienced veterans benefits law firm, we may help veterans receive up to $2,400 per month or their widows receive up to $998.00 per month in a VA pension. We may be able to help you get Florida veteran’s benefits even if you have been previously denied, even if your initial injury was not a result of your military service, and even if you have too many assets and too much income to qualify.
Our goal is to help you get the disabled veteran’s benefits that you deserve and make sure that you receive every penny, even retroactive payments from the date of your first denial. We want to see our clients qualify for veteran’s benefits and continue to be repaid for the sacrifice that they made for this country.
It all starts with your free initial consultation.
During this interview we will listen to your story, about the circumstances surrounding the situation, how you felt, how the injury or disability has affected you and your family, and what you have done to get the Florida veteran’s benefits that you deserve.
From there, we will help you decide what your next steps should be and formulate a plan for moving forward.
We will knock on doors for you, from the VA Regional Offices to the Veteran’s Appeals offices. If needed, we will go all the way to the US Court of Appeals for Veteran’s Claims and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. You can count on us to do what it takes to get disabled veteran’s benefits to compensate you for your injury or disability.
Remember, the first step to receiving your Florida veteran’s benefits is to call our office to schedule your free initial consultation.
